Seoul’s Incheon International Airport honored Delta last week with the 2015 Incheon Airport Best Airline Service Award for the second consecutive year.

The award recipient is determined by 12 key performance indexes, including on-time performance, completion factor, overall customer satisfaction and bag performance.

“I am very proud of my entire team who has been delivering outstanding customer services and reliable operations amid many facility and operational challenges,” said Byung Hwang, Airport Customer Service – Station Manager, Incheon Airport. “We will continue to work hard to maintain industry-leading operational performance and improve customer experience at Incheon Airport.”

Incheon International Airport Corporation began giving this award two years ago to strengthen cooperation between airlines and improve operations and service at the airport.

Delta operates non-stop flights between Seoul’s Incheon airport and Delta's hubs in Seattle and Detroit.
