  • How can I receive Delta news releases via e-mail?
After registering on the site, select the appropriate categories of news releases you wish to receive, then select the e-mail option. When a release with your chosen category is published to Delta's online newsroom, you will receive an e-mail that contains the headline and an abstract. If you wish to view the entire release, click on the headline. The newsroom will open in your browser, displaying that specific news release.
Can I get news releases using an RSS feed?
RSS is not available at this time. The demand has not yet emerged to warrant inclusion. If this is your preference, please advise using the feedback form for this site.
What else do I get when I register?
Registration in Delta's online newsroom provides e-mail subscription to published news releases, control of your username and password and all registration information, as well as access to "My Files," your personal file folder where you can store releases while researching a story.
How do I use "Search The News?"
You can search by category using the drop-down list, by year, or by keyword. Or any combination of the three.

Use the "Global News" scrolling list to view news releases published in various languages.
What do you do with my information when I register?
Your information is used to authenticate you as an accredited member of the media. Delta uses your information only for internal reporting regarding site use and usefulness. Your information is never shared with third parties.
    What is "My Files"?
"My Files" is a personalized area where you can store selected documents inside a file folder that you, and only you, manage. This is especially convenient if you wish to store documents for your research. Or, use the e-mail subscription form to have news releases automatically sent to your "My Files" folder.
If I am logged in and reading a release, can I easily add it to "My Files"?
Yes. When you are logged in and reading a release online, you can save it to your My Files folder by clicking on "Add to My Files" at the top of the release.

In the list of release headlines, click the file folder located next to a headline to add that release to your My Files folder. The file folders will only appear when you are logged in.
    What's in "My Info?"
"My Info" contains your registration information and newsroom preferences. You can change your username and password, or update your address, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address. You can also reset your e-mail category preferences.
How do I change my e-mail preferences to eliminate other language releases?
Log in to your account and click "My Info." The registration page appears. Your registration information is at the top of the page. Scroll down to find your e-mail subscription information. De-select any categories, including other language selections, and save your changes.
    What are "cookies"?
Cookies are small pieces of information that a web site stores on your computer. The file allows a web site, like Delta Newsroom, to identify you when you log onto the site. Cookies also permit you to customize the site (for example: your My Files collection).
Why are cookies used on the Delta Newsroom?
We use cookies to generate statistics, measure site activity and improve the usefulness of the Newsroom for media professionals.
