<title>Delta Air Lines to Resume Nonstop Stockholm – New York-JFK </title>

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;STOCKHOLM&lt;/strong&gt;, 16 May 2013 &amp;ndash; Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) seasonal nonstop service between Stockholm&amp;rsquo;s Arlanda Airport and New York&amp;rsquo;s John F. Kennedy airport will recommence on Sunday 2 June 2013. The flight will operate up to six times weekly during the peak summer season using a Boeing 757-200 aircraft with 170 seats, in conjunction with Delta&amp;rsquo;s joint venture partner Air France KLM.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;ldquo;The return of our summer seasonal flight between Stockholm and New York provides our customers with nonstop convenience as well as the opportunity to connect to over 60 U.S. destinations such as Los Angeles, San Francisco and Orlando from New York, JFK,&amp;rdquo; said Perry Cantarutti, Delta&amp;rsquo;s senior vice president of Europe, Middle East and Africa. &amp;ldquo;The route is popular with both business and leisure travellers and we are already seeing very positive booking figures.&amp;rdquo;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In 2012, Delta carried nearly 35,000 passengers between Sweden and the U.S. on its summer service, with an average load factor of 92% on the route.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Delta&amp;rsquo;s flight from Arlanda Airport features 15 seats in BusinessElite.&amp;nbsp; The aircraft is also equipped with Economy Comfort, Delta&amp;rsquo;s premium economy cabin product. Customers flying in Economy Comfort benefit from up to four additional inches of legroom and 50 percent more recline than Delta&amp;rsquo;s standard Economy class seat, as well as priority boarding.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Delta is making a number of significant investments in its products and services to improve its customer&amp;rsquo;s experience on the ground and in the air.&amp;nbsp; These include Delta&amp;rsquo;s state-of-the-art, $1.4bn Terminal 4 at New York-JFK that will open on 24 May.&amp;nbsp; Customers flying between Stockholm and New York-JFK this summer will benefit from a greatly enhanced airport experience on arrival and departure at the airport. One of the largest terminals in North America, Terminal 4 offers travellers a spacious environment with a wide variety of shopping and dining options. For BusinessElite customers, the Delta Sky Club at Terminal 4 features a Sky Deck &amp;ndash; an outdoor airport terrace offering unprecedented runway views.&lt;/p&gt;

Kennedy airport will recommence on Sunday 2 June 2013. The flight will initially operate four times weekly and increase to daily effective 17 June. The flight will operate throughout the peak summer season using a Boeing 767-300 aircraft, in conjunction with Delta&amp;rsquo;s joint venture partner Air France KLM.&lt;/p&gt;

(BM&amp;amp;FBovespa: GOLL4 and NYSE: GOL) announced a key milestone in their partnership with the implementation of GOL codeshare on Delta&amp;rsquo;s flight from Brasilia to Atlanta.&amp;nbsp; GOL will now sell Delta&amp;rsquo;s international tickets through its sales channels which include &lt;a href="http://www.voegol.com/"&gt;www.voegol.com&lt;/a&gt;, Voe GOL stores, call centers and travel agencies.&amp;nbsp; Next month other markets will be included in the codeshare including all Delta flights between Brazil and the United States, as well as key connecting markets operated by Delta.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;ldquo;These are exciting times for GOL and Delta.&amp;nbsp; Today&amp;rsquo;s announcement of expanded implementation of our codeshare agreement is confirmation of our companies&amp;rsquo; mutual desire to provide our customers with seamless and efficient service,&amp;rdquo; said Nicolas Ferri, vice president for Delta&amp;rsquo;s Latin America and Caribbean division.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The companies together offer over 380 destinations in more than 62 countries and will meet 99% of Brazilian and U.S. passenger demand between the countries.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;ldquo;The codeshare expansion will give our clients who fly combined routes with the two airlines more flight options with all the convenience that this alliance already offers,&amp;rdquo; said Eduardo Bernardes, GOL&amp;rsquo;s Commercial Officer.&amp;nbsp; &amp;ldquo;This initiative only reinforces GOL&amp;rsquo;s commitment to always offer its clients more benefits and convenience.&amp;rdquo;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The codeshare agreement implementation also means that commercial clients who choose to will have a single contract and a dedicated executive to facilitate negotiations in all destinations operated by the airlines.&amp;nbsp; Furthermore, the companies will share commercial and promotional activities.&amp;nbsp; The first of these activities will be a joint advertising campaign to be launched in early June.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;ldquo;Since December 2011, Delta and GOL have worked diligently to develop GOL&amp;rsquo;s code on Delta operated flights.&amp;nbsp; The implementation has now started and will be completed in six phases, said Paulo Miranda, managing director Strategy and Alliances for Delta Air Lines.&amp;nbsp; &amp;ldquo;In addition to the route from Brasilia to Atlanta, we will soon phase in all Delta operated flights between Brazil and the U.S., including to Atlanta, New York John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), and Detroit.&amp;rdquo;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The first phase of the Codeshare Agreement includes the Brasilia to Atlanta route and will be in operation by late May.&amp;nbsp; The second phase will include Goiania, Belo Horizonte, Curitiba and Porto Alegre all via Brasilia to Atlanta.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The codeshare will eventually include routes from Sao Paulo to Atlanta, New York&amp;rsquo;s John F. Kennedy International Airport and Detroit; Rio de Janeiro to Atlanta; and connecting destinations in the US.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;ATLANTA, May 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- In a broad financial plan released today, Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) announced a balanced capital deployment program aimed at creating up to $5 billion of value for shareholders, including returning more than $1 billion to shareholders over the next three years.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As part of this program, Delta's Board of Directors has initiated a quarterly dividend and declared a $0.06 per share dividend for shareholders of record as of Aug. 9, 2013. This dividend will be paid on Sept. 10, 2013. In addition, the Board has authorized a $500 million share repurchase program, to be completed no later than June 30, 2016. Together, these two programs are designed to return more than $1 billion of capital to shareholders over the next three years.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;"Delta's financial performance and balance sheet have strengthened considerably over the past five years and the Board believes the company is now in a position to begin returning cash to our shareholders," said Daniel Carp, chairman of Delta's Board of Directors. "The Board's shareholder return program makes a long-term commitment to our shareholders with the implementation of an ongoing quarterly dividend, while also providing flexibility to return additional cash to shareholders through the share repurchase program."&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Comprehensive Financial Plan&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Since 2009, Delta has made significant investments in its people, product and service, while improving its earnings and generating $4 billion of free cash flow. That free cash flow has been dedicated to strengthening the company's balance sheet. As a result, Delta's adjusted net debt has fallen from $17 billion at the end of 2009 to just under $12 billion at the end of 2012. The company expects to achieve its $10 billion adjusted net debt target by the end of 2013.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In an investor presentation this morning, Delta outlined a comprehensive, five-year financial plan. The plan focuses on free cash flow generation through a combination of expected earnings improvements and a disciplined approach to capital investment. Over the next five years, the company plans to reinvest $2.0 - $2.5 billion annually, or approximately 50 percent of its operating cash flow, into improving the company's fleet, facilities, products and technology. The resulting free cash flow will be used to return cash to shareholders, further reduce the company's debt, and opportunistically address longer-term pension funding needs, driving up to $5 billion of value to Delta's shareholders.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As part of this plan, Delta expects to achieve and maintain an adjusted net debt level of $7 billion, a $5 billion reduction over 2012. By meeting the $7 billion target, Delta will have reduced its adjusted net debt by $10 billion since 2009, significantly decreasing the company's balance sheet risk and generating more than 50 percent savings in interest expense.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The company also plans to make up to $1 billion of incremental contributions to the company's defined benefit pension plans over the next five years. These contributions would be in addition to the $650 - $700 million annual required minimum contribution.&lt;/p&gt;

Purchases will be made subject to market and economic conditions, applicable legal requirements, and other relevant factors. Delta had approximately 855 million shares of common stock outstanding as of March 31, 2013.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SHANNON &lt;/strong&gt;8 May 2013 &amp;ndash; Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) seasonal nonstop service between Shannon Airport and New York&amp;rsquo;s John F. Kennedy airport will recommence on 11 May 2013.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The flight will operate daily throughout the peak summer season using a Boeing 757-200 aircraft with 170 seats in conjunction with Delta&amp;rsquo;s joint venture partner Air France KLM.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;ldquo;Our nonstop summer service increases passenger choice to and from the U.S. and the west coast of Ireland, supporting travel for thousands of holidaymakers and helping to give a boost to the local economy,&amp;rdquo; said Perry Cantarutti, Delta&amp;rsquo;s senior vice president for Europe, Middle East and Africa. &amp;nbsp;&amp;ldquo;Delta is offering customers even more travel options to popular destinations such as San Francisco, Orlando and Las Vegas and we are already seeing very positive booking figures for the summer months.&amp;rdquo;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In 2012, Delta carried a total of 47,486 passengers between Shannon and the U.S. on its summer service, with an average load factor of 91% on the route.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Delta&amp;rsquo;s flight from Shannon Airport features 15 seats in BusinessElite.&amp;nbsp; The aircraft is also equipped with Economy Comfort, Delta&amp;rsquo;s premium economy cabin product. Customers flying in Economy Comfort benefit from up to four additional inches of legroom and 50 percent more recline than Delta&amp;rsquo;s standard Economy class seat, as well as priority boarding.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Como parte de este programa, la Junta Directiva de Delta ha iniciado un dividendo cuatrimestral y declarado US$ 0,06 por acci&amp;oacute;n como dividendo para los accionistas registrados hasta el 9 de agosto de 2013. Este dividendo ser&amp;aacute; pagado el 10 de septiembre de 2013. &lt;p&gt;Desde el 2009, Delta ha realizado inversiones significativas en su gente, productos y servicios, a la vez que mejoraba sus guanacias y generaba US$ 4 mil millones de flujo de efectivo libre. Ese flujo de efectivo libre ha sido dedicado a fortalecer la hoja de balance de la compa&amp;ntilde;&amp;iacute;a. Como resultado, la deuda neta ajustada de Delta ha ca&amp;iacute;do de &amp;nbsp;US$ 17 mil millones a finales de 2009 a menos de US$ 12 mil millones a finales de 2012. La compa&amp;ntilde;&amp;iacute;a espera lograr su meta de US$ 10 mil millones de deuda neta ajustada para finales de 2013.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;En una presentaci&amp;oacute;n a inversionistas esta ma&amp;ntilde;ana, Delta deline&amp;oacute; un exhaustivo plan financiero de 5 a&amp;ntilde;os. El plan se enfoca en la generaci&amp;oacute;n de flujo de efectivo libre a trav&amp;eacute;s de la combinaci&amp;oacute;n de mejoras en ganancias esperadas y un disciplinado enfoque en las inversiones de capital. Durante los pr&amp;oacute;ximos 5 a&amp;ntilde;os, la compa&amp;ntilde;&amp;iacute;a planea reinvertir US$ 2 - US$ 2,5 mil millones anuales, o aproximadamente el 50 por ciento de su flujo de caja operativo para mejorar la flota de la compa&amp;ntilde;&amp;iacute;a, instalaciones, productos y tecnolog&amp;iacute;a. &lt;p&gt;The flight will operate up to six times weekly throughout the peak summer season using a Boeing 767-300 aircraft with 209 seats in conjunction with Delta&amp;rsquo;s joint venture partner Alitalia.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In 2012, Delta carried a total of 26,588 passengers between Venice and Atlanta on its summer service, with an average load factor of 87%.&lt;/p&gt;
