ATLANTA, Nov. 29, 2006 – Delta Air Lines today announced plans to recall approximately 200 additional pilots in 2007. This latest recall expands on the approximately 250 previously furloughed pilots that have been recalled since June 2005.

NEW YORK, Nov. 28, 2006 – Delta Air Lines customers in New York and Chicago will find it easier to do business between the Big Apple and the Windy City with new nonstop service between New York’s LaGuardia Airport and Chicago’s Midway Airport, and additional service between New York’s JFK Airport and Chicago-O’Hare, effective Feb. 15, 2007. The new service offers customers a Delta Shuttle-like experience for travel between two of the nation’s largest business markets with convenient, regularly timed nonstop flights between LaGuardia and Midway.

ATLANTA, Nov. 27, 2006 – Delta Air Lines today announced that working with DP3, Inc., the group representing a majority of Delta’s retired pilots before the bankruptcy court, it has secured the support of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors to allow an additional estimated $719 million in unsecured, pre-petition claims for non-qualified pension benefits for its retired pilots. Together with claims already approved in a prior settlement with DP3, retired Delta pilots and their beneficiaries now will have a total of approximately $800 million in allowed claims.
