Ai leads the growth and merchandising of our Ancillary Revenue Products as we build our Delta as a Platform strategy, providing a comprehensive travel platform to all customers, especially our most loyal SkyMiles members. This includes capturing flight-adjacent travel spend in ancillary revenue categories such as hotels, car rentals, rideshare, cruise and trip insurance. Ai also leads our Loyalty partnerships, which includes our JV partners worldwide in addition to our growing portfolio of non-air partnerships, such as Starbucks and newly established everyday brand partners to create experiences to gain more share of wallet within our Loyalty ecosystem. 

Ai brings broad industry experience to Delta across her tenures at Amazon, Procter & Gamble, Target and as an entrepreneur. She has held multiple leadership positions in Digital, Marketing, Strategy & Innovation and as the P&L owner and General Manager of a wide number of consumer categories. Prior to Delta, Ai was an Executive in the Digital organization at Target, managing a portfolio of businesses and leading profit initiatives at the enterprise level.
