In an interview with “Marketplace,” the No. 1 U.S. radio show focusing on business, Delta CEO Ed Bastian talked about how Delta recovered from the recent system outage, how the airline is collaborating with the TSA to improve the airport experience and why Delta is becoming the No. 1 airline for customers worldwide.
Asked by longtime show host Kai Ryssdal to describe his job in five words, Bastian’s answer was simple: “Taking care of our people.”
