The innovation at the heart of Delta Sync

At CES 2023, Bastian shared a vision for a new standard of personalized travel, with an ecosystem of experiences that put customer needs and preferences at the center of the journey.

Delta’s newest and most innovative customer experience enhancements are unlocked by Delta SkyMiles Membership. Members will have early access to elements of Delta’s future travel experience through the power of Delta Sync.

Free Wi-Fi and Delta Sync Exclusives hub

In partnership with T-Mobile, Delta will offer fast, free Wi-Fi to all Delta SkyMiles Members on board most domestic mainline flights beginning Feb. 1, the first US global carrier to offer availability of free Wi-Fi as a core element of its customer experience.

Designed to power Delta’s vision of more personalized travel, free Wi-Fi is built on Delta’s industry-leading loyalty program. In the coming months, Delta SkyMiles Members will find exclusive offers, access and entertainment on the Delta Sync Exclusives hub. Delta plans to unveil Delta Sync Exclusives hub later this spring.
