Customers can spread kindness via interactive walls in NYC, Boston, Seattle

Kindness wall card - customerHuge “kindness” walls covered in red envelopes are popping up in New York-JFK, Boston Logan and Seattle-Tacoma airport concourses this week. The interactive exhibits, part of Delta’s “Kindness Connects Us” campaign, invite Delta customers and employees to take a note of kindness and leave one for someone else. A “kindness” wall also has been erected at Delta World Headquarters in Atlanta.

“A message received at just the right moment can make a day, inspire a journey, or even change a life,” said Julieta McCurry, Managing Director – Brand Communications. “Our holiday campaign highlights the ways Delta people spread kindness every day.”

The "Kindness Connects Us" campaign, launched at the beginning of December, highlights Delta’s role in creating human connections. The focal video, which has been viewed more than 1 million times across Facebook, YouTube and Twitter, highlights the small acts of kindness that make the season bright and create the ‘Delta Difference’. The video features Delta employees and customers, with voiceover by Viola Davis. It was directed by Alex Cullen, a cinematographer who has found success producing values-based messages for global brands.
