Delta airplanes will continue taking off and landing at Dallas Love Field until a final ruling about gate allocations at the airport is made. Delta currently operates service on a Southwest Airlines gate under a temporary agreement that was set to end July 6.
“Delta is pleased that Southwest has agreed to continue accommodating the five flights Delta currently operates at Love Field while the airlines pursue a long-term resolution in the courts,” the airline said Tuesday.
Southwest leases 90 percent of the airport’s 20 gates from the Dallas city government.
