NEW YORK, March 30, 2011 – Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL), the official airline of the New York Yankees and New York Mets, together with New York Water Taxi, is offering free water taxi service to every home game at Yankee Stadium and Citi Field for the second consecutive season. Delta’s Baseball Water Taxi service launches from South Street Seaport with an extra pickup at
The two specially wrapped Delta Baseball Water Taxis – one co-branded with the New York Yankees, the other co-branded with the New York Mets -- will depart from South Street Seaport 90 minutes before opening pitch. The taxi will then pick up additional passengers at The East 35th Street Ferry Landing and then will drop them off at the docks at Yankee Stadium or World’s Fair Marina, a short walk from Citi Field. Fans are guaranteed to arrive at the dock at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the game.
Once on board, passengers can purchase Delta signature “Fly Ball” cocktails, cold beer, soft drinks and snacks from the Water Taxi café. Drinks and snacks can be enjoyed on the open-air top deck or while watching pre-game coverage on the large screen TVs inside the climate controlled interior deck.

Seating is limited to 147 passengers per Water Taxi and tickets can be picked up at South Street Seaport, as early as two hours prior to departure. A limited number of tickets will also be available online at www.nywatertaxi.com (there is a $1 per ticket service charge for print-at-home tickets).
