ATLANTA, May 22, 2006 – Shaken or Stirred? Delta Air Lines is celebrating summer with a new line of signature cocktails available on all domestic and international flights over 450 miles and complimentary in Crown Room Clubs® during the 4-7 p.m. cocktail hour, beginning June 1. The cocktails, served in the skies throughout the summer, are part of the airline’s efforts to create a more stylish and entertaining experience for customers.
Delta's signature summer cocktail will be the "Mile High Mojito," made exclusively for Delta by Stirrings, an innovative cocktail company that produces cocktail mixers with superior ingredients. This first-ever mojito in the sky is an easy, yet authentic recipe that replicates a traditionally labor-intensive cocktail at 30,000 feet. Delta flight attendants shake and serve the Stirrings Mojito Mixer, made with all-natural ingredients including cane sugar, real mint and real key lime juice, Bacardi Rum, and a splash of club soda.
Additionally, Delta will offer the "Mango Kiss," shaken or stirred with Finlandia Mango Fusion Vodka, cranberry apple cocktail and a splash of club soda, as well as the “Passion Fruit Sparkler,” a non-alcoholic, child-friendly drink made with tropical fruit flavors and club soda. The Mojito and Kiss are each $5, while the Sparkler is $2.

Domestically this fall, Delta will unveil its new, unmatched long-haul service, modeled after the airline’s popular Song product, with two-class, all-leather seating; the industry’s leading in-flight entertainment system and signature cocktails.
