Program Enhancements Give Members Unprecedented Access to Private Jet Travel

CINCINNATI, Feb. 22, 2007 – Delta AirElite is pleased to announce the four year anniversary of its popular Fleet Membership program. Introduced on Feb. 18, 2003, the program has expanded significantly both in terms of members and program options. Delta AirElite has been serving private jet travelers since 1984.

“Since launching Fleet Membership, we have continued to enhance and expand the program, offering customers the most flexible and convenient travel options,” said Michael B. Green, president and chief executive officer of Delta AirElite. “As the first private jet operator to offer a national jet card program, ours continues to be the most comprehensive.”

Customers simply choose the number of hours they wish to fly (10, 25 or 50 occupied hours) in either a light, midsize or large cabin category. Members also have the option to choose from Delta AirElite’s Membership Fleet or Premier Fleet. The Membership Fleet features a wide range of meticulously maintained jets that combine luxury and value. The Premier Fleet guarantees members access to only the latest model aircraft. These enhancements offer customers the ultimate choice and the simplest way to enjoy private jet travel.

Delta AirElite’s 10-hour card, the Perfect 10™, offers the lowest cost of entry in the industry and allows customers to experience all the benefits of private jet membership with less expense and less commitment. The 10-hour card is an ideal way to serve as an introduction to private jet travel or as a supplement to alternative and more restrictive travel options. Customers have also purchased a 10-hour card recognizing the “insurance value” that Fleet Membership provides should the need arise for guaranteed aircraft availability on short notice.

“The Perfect 10, which is the only 10-hour card of its kind, is just one of the enhancements that have made Fleet Membership so accessible,” continued Green. “By offering more options in terms of pricing and aircraft types, we’ve made it easy for members to customize their Fleet Membership to meet their individual needs.”

The launch of Fleet Membership has been a significant catalyst in growing Delta AirElite’s customer base and other service offerings. The program has one of the highest renewal rates in the industry, and confirms Delta AirElite’s position as a leader in the private jet travel marketplace. “Our membership continues to grow at record pace. In 2006, we more than tripled the number of new members over the previous year,” added Green.

“The enhancements we’ve made to Fleet Membership since its inception, coupled with benefits only we can offer, have made our program extremely attractive to customers,” concluded Green. “For example, as a subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, we are able to offer our members unique benefits when traveling commercially.”

As a Fleet Member, customers receive instant Medallion® status in the Delta SkyMiles® program which allows members to enjoy preferred seating and boarding, special check-in privileges, and Crown Room Club discounts when flying with Delta Air Lines. Other Fleet Membership benefits include the Efficiency Bonus™, a unique program that rewards customers who travel round-trip with up to 35% more flying time than actually purchased. In addition, hours never expire, aircraft availability is guaranteed with a 12-hour notice, and members have the option to request an upgrade or downsize in aircraft category on a trip-by-trip basis.

Delta AirElite Business Jets is a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, providing aircraft charter, aircraft management and its innovative Fleet Membership program. With 22 years of serving business aviation travelers, Delta AirElite is the only business jet operator owned by a major U.S. airline.
