Delta will become an International Partner of the Masters Tournament, beginning in 2018. The multi-year partnership, which was announced earlier today by Billy Payne, Chairman of Augusta National Golf Club and the Masters Tournament, and Fred Ridley, Chairman-elect of the Club, will allow Delta to align its brand with the annual Masters Tournament in Augusta, Ga.
"This partnership pairs the world's leading U.S. global carrier with professional golf's premier tournament – the Masters," said Delta CEO Ed Bastian. "As we continue to grow our presence around the globe, opportunities like this one help increase awareness of our brand with our global customers."
Delta will join UPS and Rolex as International Partners and will promote the relationship through various media platforms, including advertising and social media as well as provide exclusive hospitality experiences to key Delta partners and customers.
The 2018 Masters Tournament is scheduled for April 2 – 8.
