Delta has extended its fee waivers for customers who have travel planned at Osaka, Japan, due to flooding at the airport caused by Typhoon Jebi last week. The affected dates now cover Sept. 3-20. For details, see the advisories page on delta.com.

A weather waiver allows customers traveling to, from or through the affected city to make a one-time change to their travel plans without incurring a fee. As always, customers are encouraged to check delta.com or the Fly Delta Mobile App for their latest flight status.

In addition, because substantial portions of the airport remain closed, Delta's regular regularly scheduled flight from Honolulu to Osaka is being routed to Nagoya and customers are being offered ground transport options to Osaka.
