China’s leading travel magazine, World Traveller, presented Delta with its 2016 “Best Business Class” award last week during the magazine’s award ceremony in Shanghai.
The panel of judges, including frequent international flyers and senior editors at the magazine, honored the airline for its outstanding contributions to the industry and its industry-leading Delta One cabin.
Delta offers customers in the Delta One cabin on all flights between China and U.S.:
- 180-degree flat-bed seats with direct aisle access
- A selection of chef-curated meals, including a Chinese meal course, which are paired with wines selected by our Master Sommelier Andrea Robinson and Chinese artisanal beers
- Delta One-branded loungewear, Westin Heavenly In-Flight Bedding and a TUMI amenity kit featuring Kiehl’s Since 1851 products
Delta also offers in-flight Wi-Fi and more than 50 Chinese movies and Chinese subtitled entertainment in all cabins on all flights from China.
“This is the second award Delta received in China this year,” said Wong Hong, President – Greater China. “Our efforts to be the most Chinese-friendly U.S. airline are gradually materializing among Chinese travelers.”
