ATLANTA, Aug. 31, 2009 – Delta Air Lines’ (NYSE: DAL) maintenance division, Delta TechOps, today announced it has signed a component services contract with Canada-based First Air.

The three-year agreement, worth more than $1.3 million, includes Delta TechOps support of First Air’s newly acquired Boeing 767-200SF freighter and helps Delta further expand its component services presence. It also will give First Air access to Delta’s inventory of components, ensuring that spare parts are available during the repair process.
