Forecasted winter weather could slow down flight operations this weekend, so Delta has issued a waiver for customers traveling through 13 cities in the Upper Midwest for Dec. 28-29.

Where: Aberdeen, SD (ABR), Bemidji, MN (BJI), Bismarck, ND (BIS), Brainerd, MN (BRD), Duluth, MN (DLH), Fargo, ND (FAR), Grand Forks, ND (GFK), Hibbing, MN (HIB), International Falls, MN (INL), Minneapolis, MN (MSP), Minot, ND (MOT), Rochester, MN (RST), Sioux Falls, SD (FSD)

Delta’s team of meteorologists are forecasting winter weather with the potential to slow down flight operations over the weekend and has issued a weather waiver for customers traveling through certain cities in the Upper Midwest. This waiver allows customers with flexibility in their travel plans to make a one-time change to their itinerary without incurring a change fee.

Customers are encouraged to check their flight status on or the Fly Delta Mobile App. Customers can also get updates sent directly to their mobile device or by email with One-Time Flight Notification.
