Delta has been honored with a Candidate Experience (CandE) Award by the Talent Board, a nonprofit which focuses on recruitment, for the third year in a row.
Talent Board selects CandE Award winners based on a survey of candidates who have applied for a position and their experience with the company. The top 50 companies with the highest ratings are then given awards based on the results. This year more than 240 companies registered for the 2016 North American awards and surveys were collected from more than 183,000 candidates.
"Year after year, more companies recognize the importance of the candidate experience, and the role it plays in attracting top candidates and promoting an employer's brand," said Elaine Orler, Talent Board co-founder and chairman, and CEO/Founder of Talent Function. "The Candidate Experience Benchmark Class of 2016 represents those companies that take this understanding one step further, to elevate the standard and improve the relationship between job seekers and employers. We are thrilled to honor the exemplary efforts of this year's winners."
"We are honored and humbled to be recognized by Talent Board for the third year in a row among some of the world's best companies," said Glen Johnson, Director – Talent Acquisition. "This award recognizes the hard work of our talent acquisition team as well as hiring managers and interviewers in our divisions who make sure our candidates have experiences representative of the Delta brand and our commitment to service."
