Following the successful re-launch of, Delta is responding to customer's requests for more functionality with enhancements to the website making the shipping process easier than ever before. Shipments can now be booked, checked-in, managed and tracked entirely online.

"The new website has proved to be very popular and with these enhancements we are making the customer experience even easier and more efficient, with 24/7, complete end-to-end digital booking, acceptance and tracking," said Shawn Cole, V.P. — Cargo. "The improved functionality comes as a direct result of customer feedback and we will continue to listen to what our customers want and to act on that."

Since the re-launch of in November 2017 over 60,000 bookings have been made through the website, with utilization of the website increasing by 130 percent with the most popular pages being the tracking, booking summary and locations information.

The new features include:

Dynamic Air Waybill Stock — now offers dynamic air waybill stock, so that customers with an account number can now receive a range of these receipts of international shipments in real-time. Automating the processing, assignment and distribution of air waybill numbers saves time during the booking process. ​

Import Payment — Customers wanting to provide payment at the shipment's destination can now use their Delta Cargo line of credit or stored credit card details to be charged at the time of pick-up. Customers can also make an online payment for collect charges.

News and Alerts — Customers can now receive operational advisories, network updates, promotions and other Delta Cargo news via email.
