Wingate, who joined Delta a year ago and heads the airline's Washington office, leads a team that advocates for policies that benefit Delta's employees, customers and communities. She has been integral in leading efforts to enforce Open Skies agreements and end Middle Eastern carriers' market-distorting business behavior that hurts American workers.
Each year, The Hill newspaper chooses 50 of Washington's most accomplished professionals who are on the front lines of the nation's most consequential political and policy battles.
