Delta's very own, Joanne Smith, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, was among 77 women honored with a "Great Place to Work for All" Leadership Award by Great Place to Work, the company that partners with Fortune magazine to determine its 100 Best Companies to Work For.
The honorees were composed of women leaders from companies on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For and Best Workplaces for Women lists. Each was chosen by senior leaders at their companies for helping their organizations to deliver on strategic growth and business goals by creating a high-trust culture that is a great place to work for every employee. The awards recognize these leaders' contributions to their businesses and their commitment to fully live their companies' values in serving their customers, employees, and stakeholders.
