Following additional travel restrictions issued by Latin American and Caribbean governments, Delta is announcing new service suspensions in the region.

Aruba 

Service between Boston and Minneapolis/St. Paul to Aruba will suspend starting Sunday, March 22, until winter 2020. The last inbound and outbound flights will operate March 21. 

Service between Atlanta and New York-JFK to Aruba will suspend starting Thursday, March 26. The last inbound and outbound flights will operate Wednesday, March 25, with a planned restart on April 1. 

Guatemala 

Due to the Guatemalan government shifting its travel restriction deadline to 11:59 p.m. on March 16, Delta will now suspend its Atlanta to Guatemala City service on Tuesday, March 17. It was originally scheduled to suspend after March 22. Delta is planning a restart for all Guatemala City flights on April 20. 

Honduras

Service to Honduras will be suspended for seven days starting March 16. Delta plans to resume daily service from Atlanta to Tegucigalpa/San Pedro Sula on March 23 and Saturday-only service from Atlanta to Roatan on March 28.

Panama 

Service from Atlanta to Panama City will suspend starting March 22 through March 31. The last inbound and outbound flights will operate March 21. 

Peru 

Service from Atlanta to Lima will suspend starting March 17 through March 31. The last inbound and outbound flights will operate March 16. 

Changing Your Flight  

Delta has waived change fees for customers traveling to, from or through these destinations through April 30. Details are available on delta.com.  

To help address customers with immediate travel needs, Delta is asking those who do not have travel in the next 72 hours to wait and contact the airline closer to their trip.
