Food and Travel magazine’s readers chose Delta as the 2016 Best International Airline, a win announced Sunday during the magazine’s third annual gala in Mexico City.  The gala honored leaders in the travel industry, celebrating the innovation and creativity they bring to the tourism sector in Mexico and around the world.

“We are excited to be recognized for all of the investments Delta has made to provide customers with an exceptional overall experience,” said Carlos E. Hernandez, Delta’s Director – Mexico. “Our premium food and beverage menus – developed by Chef Michelle Bernstein and paired with premium wines selected by Master Sommelier Andrea Robinson – are must-haves for our clients flying to and from Mexico.”

The magazine highlighted the latest trends in Mexican cuisine and tourism, including mention of Delta’s menus and customer service.
