Gail Grimmett, senior vice president – New York for Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL), has been elected to the Board of Directors of NYC & Company, the official marketing, tourism and partnership organization for the City of New York.
"As New York's leading airline, Delta has worked to expand leisure and business travel throughout the region as we grow our hubs at LaGuardia and JFK airports," Grimmett said. Grimmett was elected to a two-year term on the organization's board, and has been appointed to the group's Executive Committee. She joins 13 other new board members, as well as 14 ex-officio members elected this week.
