Heather Ostis serves as the Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Delta Air Lines, where she is responsible for overseeing global strategic sourcing operations and supply chain systems. Facilitating and maximizing Delta's key partnerships, Heather ensures that the Supply Chain Management team has a direct impact on elevating Delta's customer and employee experiences through the indirect and direct sourcing of IT, labor, products, professional services, operations, corporate spend, diversity and sustainability, and health and wellness.

Since starting in the role in 2018, Heather has led the Supply Chain Management team through a reorganization and has implemented value-driven strategies towards how her team collaborates with business unit stakeholders and Delta's key suppliers. Additionally, she has navigated her team through difficult product sourcing within the constrained supply chain environments due to inflation, global affairs and world-wide disruptions, continually meeting the needs of Delta's employees and customers.

Heather came to Delta from Aramark, where she was a member of their executive leadership team and led an organization of more than 150 professionals as their Vice President of Global Procurement and Supply Chain. Prior to Aramark, Heather led the global consolidation of Wyndham Worldwide’s Supply Chain. Throughout her career, Heather has led transformations of the Supply Chain and Procurement functions across multiple industries including hospitality, food and beverage, healthcare, IT and labor, travel, banking, and defense industries.
