#  Julieta McCurry, V.P. - Integrated Marketing & Channels 



 

Julieta McCurry is Vice President of Integrated Marketing & Channels at Delta Air Lines, where she leads the company’s integrated marketing strategy, customer growth, channel orchestration, and Delta Sync platforms. Her organization is responsible for driving customer demand and engagement through personalized, measurable marketing across Delta’s owned and paid channels while overseeing the digital experiences that power Delta Sync across Delta’s global fleet.

Over her career at Delta, Julieta has held leadership roles spanning marketing, customer experience, digital products, and frontline operations. She previously led Delta’s Global Marketing Communications organization, overseeing brand strategy, advertising, sponsorships, performance marketing, marketing technology, analytics, and customer communications. She also led the evolution of Delta Sync and the rollout of Fast, Free Wi-Fi across Delta’s fleet, as well as In-Flight Service Customer Experience and Learning, where she guided onboard experience strategy and the development of Delta’s flight attendant workforce.

Before joining Delta, Julieta held leadership positions at Leo Burnett, Starcom, and Mediabrands, managing strategy and marketing programs for leading global brands including L’Oréal, Hershey’s, The Home Depot, McDonald’s, and Miller Brewing. A native of Argentina and graduate of the University of Michigan, she serves on the Board of the Delta Flight Museum and is Executive Sponsor of Delta’s Adelante Business Resource Group. She has been recognized by Adweek as one of Atlanta’s top rising brand leaders.
