Alan Arnold is Vice President ‐ Deputy General Counsel at Delta Air Lines. In addition to leading Delta’s compliance function, Alan is responsible for attorneys in the practice areas of Commercial Transactions, Commercial Real Estate, and Intellectual Property. Alan joined Delta in 1999, and has handled a wide variety of complex commercial transactions and matters, including intellectual property, technology, outsourcing, co-branded credit cards, technical operations, and aircraft purchases and sales. Alan also has responsibility for Law Department administrative matters including budgeting, finance, and personnel. Before joining Delta, Alan practiced with the Atlanta law firm of King & Spalding. He is a graduate of Rhodes College and received a law degree from the University Of Kentucky College Of Law. Alan is active in the Atlanta community, has served on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity in Atlanta and is currently Chair of its Advisory Council.
