Mary Loeffelholz is Vice President – Airport Operations – MSP, responsible for overseeing one of Delta’s busiest hubs, including day-to-day operations, customer service, Delta Sky Clubs, and more than 2,000 employees.

Mary began her career at Delta in 1996 as an environmental engineer in the Safety, Health, and Environmental Management group and subsequently moved into other positions in Airport Affairs, International Operations, and Corporate Real Estate. During her time with CRE, Mary led the Design and Construction team for the $2 billion terminal redevelopment program at LAK airport, including Terminals 2, 3, and connection to Terminal B.

During her career, Mary has worked on several strategic projects including the restructuring of several airport business deals during bankruptcy along with leading the multi-million dollar redevelopment of Delta terminals at New York-LaGuardia and LAX.

Mary holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of North Dakota and a master’s degree in Hazardous Materials Management from Tufts University.
