LOS ANGELES, Feb. 12, 2007 – Delta Air Lines is continuing its rapid expansion in the Los Angeles market with two new nonstop routes: Seattle, Washington; and Los Mochis, Mexico*. The routes are the latest in a series of more than 16 new routes that Delta has announced, added or applied to serve from Los Angeles International Airport since it began rebuilding its West Coast gateway here last summer.

ATLANTA, Feb. 7, 2007 – Delta Air Lines today announced that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York has approved the Disclosure Statement filed in connection with the company’s proposed Plan of Reorganization. The court also authorized Delta to begin soliciting approval from its creditors for the Plan of Reorganization. Prior to the hearing Delta successfully resolved all objections that had been filed.

CINCINNATI, Feb. 7, 2007 – Today, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Adlai Hardin Jr. ruled in favor of Comair’s motion to enjoin work actions by the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA) and its members. The ruling restricts the union and individual pilots from disrupting the regional carrier’s operations. Those who violate the ruling face serious consequences, including the possibility of personal liability and other legal penalties.

LOUISVILLE, Feb. 7, 2007 – Delta Air Lines will offer customers more than 5,900 additional seats between Louisville and its hubs in Atlanta, Cincinnati and New York in celebration of the 133rd annual Kentucky Derby. Between May 3 and 6, Delta will add flights and upgrade some regional jet aircraft to 142-seat MD-88 and 150-seat Boeing 737-800 aircraft flying between Louisville and Atlanta and Cincinnati, while adding daily regional jet service from New York’s LaGuardia and Kennedy airports – just in time to don a Derby hat and savor mint juleps.

ATLANTA, Feb. 5, 2007 – Delta Air Lines today reported record load factor results for January 2007. Delta’s system load factor for January was a record 73.7 percent, up 0.3 points from the prior year. Delta also achieved its highest January load factors for its mainline system (74.7 percent with a previous high of 73.8 percent in 2006) and mainline domestic (74.5 percent with a previous high of 73.8 percent in 2006).

NASSAU, Feb.1, 2007 – Delta Air Lines – Bahamas’ 2006 “Airline of the Year” – is adding two new routes between its largest hub in Atlanta and The Islands of The Bahamas with nonstop service to George Town, Exuma 1 and North Eleuthera 1 beginning June 16. The new flights, to be operated by Delta Connection carrier Atlantic Southeast Airlines, are the latest additions in the largest international expansion in Delta’s history.
