The airline will welcome filmmakers, VIPs and Festival attendees to the Delta Sky Lodge, Jan. 18-27, in Park City, Utah. Throughout the 2007 Festival, the Delta Sky Lodge will serve as host to exclusive premiere parties and events. It will also feature the WireImage Portrait Studio, where filmmakers, casts and industry executives will have their official Festival portraits taken.

ATLANTA, Jan. 10, 2007 – Delta Air Lines today issued the following preliminary statement based on its initial assessment of the revised, unsolicited merger proposal from US Airways: “Delta's Board of Directors will fulfill its fiduciary duty to review the revised unsolicited merger proposal announced today by US Airways. On its face, the revised proposal does not address significant concerns that have been raised about the initial US Airways proposal and, in fact, would increase the debt burden of the combined company by yet another $1 billion.”

NEW YORK, Jan. 10, 2007 – Delta Air Lines customers this spring will have one more reason to choose Delta’s growing New York hub for transcontinental travel as the airline adds new nonstop service between New York’s Kennedy Airport and Portland, Oregon, effective April 19, 2007. The daily round-trip flight complements Delta’s existing transcontinental routes from JFK to San Francisco, Seattle, Las Vegas, San Diego, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City and Phoenix (starting Feb. 15).

ATLANTA, Jan. 4, 2007 – Delta Air Lines today reported record load factor results for December 2006. Delta’s system load factor for December 2006 was a record 77.8%, up 2.5 points from the prior year and the previous December record load factor of 75.3%. Delta also achieved its highest December load factors for its mainline system (78.3% with a previous high of 75.5% in 2005), mainline domestic (78.5% with a previous high of 75.4% in 2005) and Delta Connection system (75.4% with a previous high of 74.3% in 2005).
