Wilken leads Delta’s SkyMiles program, global co‑brand credit card portfolio and loyalty partnerships — including industry‑leading collaborations with companies like American Express, Starbucks and Uber — shaping the strategy that connects members more deeply to Delta across every touchpoint. He partners closely with teams across the enterprise to design loyalty experiences that reward engagement, build lasting value and make every interaction with Delta feel meaningful and personal.

Jan brings deep experience building loyalty and payments platforms at scale. He previously served as chief product officer at Ascenda, led the American Express–Marriott co‑brand partnership at American Express and drove credit card strategy at JPMorgan Chase, where he scaled an industry‑leading credit score platform.
