Delta flew a humanitarian flight to Turks and Caicos on Tuesday to send necessary supplies to the airport and carry dozens of U.S. citizens back to the states. On Monday, Delta operated a separate humanitarian flight to St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
