Rhonda Crawford is Senior Vice President – Digital Customer Experience for Delta Air Lines. In this role, Rhonda is responsible for leading the development of Delta’s direct channels, to include delta.com, the award-winning Fly Delta app, kiosk and gate displays. Rhonda has extensive corporate experience in eCommerce, emerging technologies, payment strategy, social media and corporate communications, as well as brand and reputation management, and integrated marketing.
Before joining Delta in 2014, she began her career in financial services at USAA, where she held numerous roles over the course of her tenure, leading Digital Strategy & Operations, Digital Marketing, and employee, member and public communications. She built USAA’s industry-leading social media strategy and growing presence on the web and was responsible for launching its Digital & Social Marketing function.
Rhonda holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Trinity University and a master’s in Communications Management from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Business and Newhouse School of Communication. She is a member of Phi Kappa Phi, the Golden Key International Honour Society and is also an Accredited Business Communicator (ABC) with the International Association of Business Communicators.
