Toby Broberg is the Vice President – Airport Operations in Minneapolis and oversees the Minneapolis hub, which operates nearly 400 flights on peak days.  

In this role, she is responsible for day-to-day operations, customer service and Sky Clubs, leading approximately 2,500 employees. 

Toby began her airline career in 2000, joining the Finance division of Northwest Airlines. Throughout her career, she has held various positions of increasing levels of responsibility, including Director – Corporate Customer Care and Managing Director – In-Flight Service. Most recently, Toby led the Airport Customer Service team in Minneapolis.

She is actively involved the Twin Cities community and serves as a board member for the MSP Airport Foundation.

Toby attended Minnesota State University – Moorhead and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.
