CINCINNATI, Sept. 20, 2007 – Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) and Cincinnati Bengals’ quarterback Carson Palmer are teaming up to score touchdowns for a hometown charity, The Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Greater Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana, through a new charitable sponsorship called the “SkyMiles Touchdown Program.”  Delta, the Official Airline of the Bengals, pledged today to donate 25,000 Delta SkyMiles for each touchdown thrown by Carson Palmer in the 2007 season to benefit this local charity.

“Throwing a touchdown will mean more than ever this year,” said Palmer, who has thrown eight touchdowns through the first two games this season.  "Delta’s SkyMiles Touchdown Program gives me a wonderful opportunity to give back to the children of Cincinnati.  It’s really an honor that I can help my hometown’s The Make-A-Wish Foundation.”
