Delta teams in the Operations and Customer Center continue to actively monitor the projected path of Hurricane Laura as it continues to push north through Louisiana and into areas of Arkansas and Tennessee. The airline has extended the waiver and capped fares for eleven airports in the storm’s projected path to provide customers with travel flexibility.
Delta has proactively cancelled select flights ahead of the storm’s impact, and Delta’s operational teams are continuing to keep an eye on the storm and will continue to make tactical adjustments as needed.
As always, customers are encouraged to check their flight status on Delta.com or the Fly Delta Mobile App. Customers can also get updates sent directly to their mobile device or by email.
