In the midst of hurricane season, Delta has issued three waivers as a result of potential impact from tropical systems for Bermuda, Houston and Mexico. The waivers allows customers with flexibility in their travel plans to make a one-time change to their itinerary without incurring a change fee.
Customers are encouraged to check their flight status on Delta.com or the Fly Delta Mobile App. Customers can also get updates sent directly to their mobile device or by email with One-Time Flight Notification.

Delta's team of meteorologists are keeping an eye on the forecast track of Hurricane Humberto, which is expected to pass north of Bermuda late Wednesday night as a Category 3 hurricane.
On Wednesday, Delta operated service to the island from its New York-JFK hub and cancelled its daily flights from Atlanta and Boston. Teams in Delta's Operations and Customer Center continue keeping an eye on the system and do expect normal operations to resume Thursday.

As a result of Tropical Depression Imelda, which made landfall on the Texas Gulf Coast on Tuesday night as a tropical storm, Houston will see continued heavy rain and potential flooding, with ATC Ground Delay Programs at Houston-Intercontinental Airport Wednesday.
Delta does not anticipate any schedule adjustments but did issue a waiver for those looking to adjust their travel plans if needed.

Ahead of possible impacts from Tropical Storm Lorena off the Pacific coast of Mexico, Delta has issued a waiver for Los Cabos and Puerto Vallarta.
