The latest data, insights and examples of how Delta is delivering meaningful progress in Safety, People and Culture, Environmental Sustainability and Community Impact clearly illustrate Delta’s purpose behind its business.

Aluel Bol, now a 737 captain for Delta, and Khady Ndiaye, a 757/767 first officer, hope to inspire the next generation of women who aspire to take the flight deck. Bol earned her Delta pilot wings in 2018, and Ndiaye earned hers in 2022.

Delta Air Lines’ Propel Program has added Elizabeth City State University to its network of partner schools, emphasizing Delta’s commitment to strengthening the workforce pipeline and creating equitable opportunities in aviation.
