Adam Ryan serves as the Vice President – Airport Operations, LGA, BOS and Northeast Stations. In this role, he leads strategic initiatives in LGA and BOS, while also overseeing 13 Northeast Stations, including Raleigh and Washington, D.C. Adam reports to Erik Snell, Senior Vice President – Airport Customer Service (ACS), Cargo Operations, Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and Global Clean. 

Since 1996, Adam has held positions in the airline industry with ever-increasing responsibility starting as a ramp agent with Comair (later acquired by Delta) in Cincinnati. He joined Delta as the General Manager and, ultimately, Director of Above-Wing Operations in Minneapolis, later taking on a Director role overseeing airport operations for 44 East stations. Adam is passionate about employee safety and has led safety culture work in ACS, Cargo Ops, GSE and Global Clean. From 2019 to 2024, as the Managing Director of Airport Customer Service Operations at SLC, Adam oversaw the Terminal Redevelopment Project which led to the addition of 50 gates at this hub.

Adam is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University, where he earned a B.A. in Organizational Leadership. He is a diehard fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and the University of Kentucky Wildcats. Adam is active in the community, serving on the Board of Trustees for Primary Children’s Hospital. Adam and his wife Charity are proud parents of three daughters, Kayla, Lillian and Alicen.
