Erik Snell, Chief Financial Officer
Erik Snell is Chief Financial Officer for Delta Air Lines.
As CFO, he oversees the Finance organization, including financial reporting, the controller organization, corporate audit, financial planning, investor relations, treasury, fleet and TechOps supply chain, fuel management (including our refinery), and supply chain management.
Prior to beginning the role of CFO on April 1, 2026, Erik was Delta’s Chief Customer Experience Officer, overseeing the end-to-end customer experience that includes the Customer Experience team and the 60,000 team members in Delta’s Airport Customer Service, In-Flight Service and Reservations and Customer Care divisions who deliver those experiences.
Erik also served as Senior Vice President – Airport Customer Service (ACS), Cargo Operations, Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and Global Clean and the company’s S.V.P. – Operations & Customer Center, Operations Analytics, and Delta Connection, with responsibility for Delta’s worldwide operations.
Erik joined Delta in 2005. With more than 20 years at Delta, he's held roles in Finance, ACS, Delta Connection, TechOps and former Delta subsidiaries Delta Global Services and Delta Private Jets.
Earlier in his career, Erik managed investment portfolios for individual clients at SunTrust Bank in Atlanta.
