Erik Snell, Chief Financial Officer

Erik Snell is Chief Financial Officer for Delta Air Lines. Erik oversees the end-to-end customer experience that includes the Customer Experience team and the 60,000 team members in Delta’s Airport Customer Service, In-Flight Service and Reservations and Customer Care divisions who deliver those experiences.

Erik served most recently as Chief Customer Experience Officer. Erik also served as Senior Vice President – Airport Customer Service (ACS), Cargo Operations, Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and Global Clean and the company’s S.V.P. – Operations & Customer Center, Operations Analytics, and Delta Connection, with responsibility for Delta’s worldwide operations. 

Erik joined Delta in 2005. With more than 20 years at Delta, he's held roles in Finance, ACS, Delta Connection, TechOps and former Delta subsidiaries Delta Global Services and Delta Private Jets. 

Earlier in his career, Erik managed investment portfolios for individual clients at SunTrust Bank in Atlanta.
