Jeannine Ashworth serves as the Vice President – Airport Operations, MSP. In this role she is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, customer experience, three Delta Sky Clubs and more than 2,500 employees at Delta’s second largest hub. Jeannine reports to Erik Snell, Senior Vice President – Airport Customer Service (ACS), Cargo Operations, Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and Global Clean.

Jeannine joined Delta in 1989 as a customer service agent in CVG before taking on various ACS leadership roles, including Latin American Operations. She also served as Above-Wing Operations Director at MSP and was the Managing Director of Airport Operations for the South Region. Throughout her career, Jeannine has played a pivotal role in building Delta’s partnership with Aeromexico as well as developing Delta’s internal leadership training program. 

Jeannine is passionate about women’s health, community engagement and mentoring the next generation. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
