Ben Humphrey is the Vice President – Airport Operations in Minneapolis and oversees the Minneapolis hub, which operates nearly 400 flights on peak days.  

In this role, he is responsible for day-to-day operations, customer service and Sky Clubs, leading approximately 2,500 employees. 

Ben began his career with Delta in 1993 and developed a broad base of operational leadership experience in ATL, MSP and several other small stations. Most recently, he served as the Above-Wing, Airport Customer Service – Director at MSP. He has also served in the Airport Coordination Center and Flight Operations.

Ben currently serves on the Board of Directors for the St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce and Visit St. Paul. He earned an Airway Science and Aircraft System bachelor’s degree from the University of North Dakota.
