Captain Jim Graham is Senior Vice President – Delta Connection and CEO of Endeavor Air for Delta Air Lines. In this role, he oversees all aspects of the more than 2,300 daily departures and 380+ aircraft for Delta’s three regional partner airlines. As CEO of Endeavor Air, Jim leads Delta’s wholly owned regional carrier, which operates more than 750 daily departures under the Delta Connection brand.

Prior to his current position, he served as S.V.P. – Corporate Safety, Security and Compliance, with responsibility for supporting all departments in achieving the highest levels of safety, security, quality and environmental performance.

Jim has also served as S.V.P. — Flight Operations. His responsibilities included the safe conduct and oversight of day of flight operations. Additionally, he oversaw pilot training and standards, pilot staffing and scheduling, operational quality assurance and FAA regulatory compliance. His team provided leadership and direction to 14,000+ pilots and 400+ internal support staff. 

During his tenure in Flight Operations, Jim served in many areas of increasing responsibility including Chief Pilot, Head of Flight Standards, and Chief Line Check Pilot.  He continues to actively fly the line as a Captain on the Boeing 757/767.

Jim is United States Navy veteran and served 20 years in both active and reserve duty assignments. Designated a Naval Aviator in 1982, he flew the P-3C Orion aircraft in the Atlantic, Mediterranean, Caribbean/South American theaters. He is currently the executive sponsor for Delta’s Veteran’s Business Resource Group.

Jim grew up in Winter Park, FL and graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
