Kelley Elliott, V.P. of HR Services and Total Rewards

Kelley Elliott is Vice President of HR Services and Total Rewards for Delta Air Lines. In this role, she leads a team of HR professionals responsible for the design and strategy of Delta’s worldwide total rewards programs (including compensation, retirement, financial wellness and more) and essential HR Services. Kelley is energized by this purpose-driven role that supports Delta’s employee-first mission. 

Prior to joining Delta in 2018, Kelley held a total rewards leadership position at UPS and consulted with a global insurance company for 15+ years with a focus on employer benefits. 

Kelley holds a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and was previously a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary. 

Kelley lives in Dunwoody, GA with her husband and teenage twin boys. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, playing tennis and pickleball and spending time at her sons' sporting events. 

Kelley currently serves on the board of the YMCA of Metro Atlanta and recently held a chair position with the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women (Atlanta) Campaign.
