Kristen Bojko, V.P. - Fleet
Kristen Bojko is Vice President of Fleet, responsible for fleet lifecycle management across both Fleet Strategy and Transactions. She leads a team that envisions the strategy for Delta’s 1,200 aircraft fleet, planning over a decade into the future. Key responsibilities include evaluating and negotiating acquisition of new aircraft, long-term aircraft contract management, cross-company coordination of aircraft entry-into-service, investment in fleet modifications, evaluation of fleet performance, and aircraft retirement planning.
Kristen’s Delta career began in 2012 in Treasury – Capital Markets. She then transitioned to a role in Airport Customer Service Finance. Kristen joined Fleet Strategy in 2014 and spent seven years in fleet in roles of increasing responsibility. Before re-joining Fleet in 2022, she was Managing Director in Corporate Strategy, leading the long-term strategic planning and operations initiatives teams.
Kristen holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a B.S. in Finance and Psychology from Tulane University. Prior to Delta, Kristen worked in Finance at CarMax.
