Eric Phillips, S.V.P. and Chief Digital Officer
Eric Phillips is Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer for Delta Air Lines, where he leads teams focused on delivering personalized, seamless, and premium experiences for customers through Delta’s digital channels.
Delta continues to innovate and improve digital tools that put the power of flexibility, control, and simplicity at the core of the customer experience. Eric partners with leaders across the enterprise to accelerate cross-functional initiatives and drive a multi-disciplinary approach to enhancing customer interactions with Delta’s digital platforms and channels.
Eric served most recently as S.V.P. – Airport Customer Service, Cargo Operations, GSE and Global Clean, where he was responsible for customer service activities in all airports Delta serves. Prior to that, he was S.V.P. – Pricing and Revenue Management, where he oversaw the development, planning and execution of pricing and inventory management strategies across the entire Delta system, Delta’s digital retail channels, Delta.com and the FlyDelta app, as well as commercial systems development and corporate revenue forecasting.
In his 25 years with the company, he’s held numerous positions across the business, including in Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Network Planning, Financial Planning & Analysis and Pricing & Revenue Management.
Eric earned his B.A. in Communications at Carroll College in Helena, Mont., and his MBA at the University of Notre Dame. He chairs Delta’s Diversity and Inclusion Council, serves on the Board of Trustees of Carroll College and the Board of Directors for Camp Twin Lakes, and is a graduate of Leadership Atlanta.
