Liz Stanton, V.P. - Financial Planning & Analysis and Flight Profitability
Liz Stanton is the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Flight Profitability. In this role, she is responsible for leading the FP&A and FPS teams, as well as co-leading Delta’s Finance Data and Technology group, and is focused on enhancing the essential function that Financial Planning provides to support the enterprise in achieving strategic objectives.
Liz began her career at Delta in 2010 through the Commercial MBA program, and since joining the company, she has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility across the Commercial division, including roles in Revenue Management, eCommerce, Ancillary Revenue and Loyalty. Most recently she was an integral part of the Pricing and Revenue Management leadership team as V.P. of Domestic PRM, advancing our industry leading pricing and revenue management capabilities and creating a strong culture of innovation and performance.
Both inside and outside of Delta, Liz has a passion for servant leadership. She recently assumed the role of Executive Sponsor of the Finance MBA program, leveraging her experience in the Commercial MBA program to create a strong pipeline of the next generation of Delta’s leaders. She co-founded We Lead in 2021, a Delta organization whose mission is to drive gender balance and improved diverse representation at all levels of the Commercial organization. Since 2020, Liz has been committed to CURE Childhood Cancer, serving on the non-profit’s Board of Directors while also volunteering as a Girl Scout troop leader for the past five years in support of her two young daughters.
Liz holds an MBA from Emory University and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She is also a graduate of LEAD Atlanta.
