Information about Delta's presence at its Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport hub

As the global headquarters for Delta operations, Atlanta has an integral part to play in the airline’s service strategy. The multifaceted city is home to Delta’s largest hub and most-traveled airport in the system. Delta is Atlanta’s No. 1 domestic and international carrier, with more than 900 peak-day departures to over 200 global destinations. 

Recent Network Developments  

Starting May 2025, Delta will launch four-times weekly service to Naples and introduce new three-times-weekly nonstop service to Brussels. Additionally, Delta continues to expand its trans-Atlantic offerings from Atlanta, adding more options to Athens, Barcelona, Rome and Zurich.  

Delta launched new service to Tulum on March 28, 2024 and has further expanded this service with a second frequency from ATL on Saturday’s starting Dec. 21. 

Delta reinstated nonstop Zurich on May 31, 2024.  

The airline added five West Coast destinations on June 7, 2024, including new service to Santa Barbara and Fresno and returning service to Burbank, Oakland, and Reno.

Delta added more Latin and Caribbean destinations from Atlanta with daily service to Barbados (BGI) and Puerto Plata (POP) and is also increasing flights from Atlanta to Curacao from Saturday-only to daily service beginning Nov. 23.  

Delta’s joint venture partnership with the LATAM group have increased the airline’s connectivity in the Latin American market with flights between Atlanta and Peru, Chile, Colombia and more.

Airport Experience 

Delta has invested heavily in technology to streamline and transform the airport journey. Digital ID, Delta’s time-saving, industry-first technology that allows customers to check bags and move through security without showing a physical government ID, debuted at ATL in 2021. Delta Digital ID is available to eligible customers in both the domestic and international terminals.

Delta Sky Club 

Known as a destination between destinations, Atlanta provides extensive options to travelers who want to get even more out of their onboard experience. Nine Delta Sky Clubs throughout the hub provide customers with thoughtful amenities like an assortment of meal offerings, premium beverage selections and intentionally crafted lounge space.
