Megan Humphreys leads Delta Sky Clubs and Delta One lounges, guiding the strategy, design and delivery of premium spaces that help customers feel cared for throughout their journey. She oversees operations of Delta’s more than 50 Delta Sky Clubs and Delta One lounges, network growth, hospitality standards, food and beverage, and experience innovation — bringing Delta’s commitment to thoughtful, elevated service to life around the world.

A seasoned hospitality executive, Megan most recently served as president and COO of Berg Hospitality Group. She previously led Food and Beverage strategy at MGM Resorts International and spent more than a decade with Four Seasons in leadership roles, creating world‑class service cultures and memorable guest experiences grounded in genuine connection.
