Pascal Lewis - Vice President of Digital-Omnichannel Strategy and Design
Pascal Lewis is Vice President of Digital-Omnichannel Strategy and Design for Delta Air Lines, where he leads a team focused on delivering a seamless and coordinated world class digital journey for customers and employees across the travel ribbon.
As Delta continues to innovate and improve policies, processes, and digital tools to deliver a simple, consistent, and synced experience, Pascal partners with leaders across the organization to facilitate the planning, governance and management of large-scale enterprise initiatives focused on enhancing customer and employee interactions with Delta’s digital platforms and channels.
Pascal served most recently as Managing Director of Global Field Operations for Reservations Sales, Customer Care and Digital Engagement, where he was responsible for customer service, organizational culture and improving operational performance for customers and employees.
Prior to that, Pascal had P&L responsibility for Unarmed Security Services, Pilot Training, and Technical Services for Delta Global Services (DGS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in material science and engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech). He is a member of Leadership Atlanta and currently serves on the boards of the Grady Hospital Health Foundation and CHRIS 180.
In his free time, he enjoys coaching his three sons in flag football and traveling with his wife and family.
